This project consists of transforming hard demographic statistics and complex technical issues into an educational, empathetic, and accessible solution for users with low digital literacy.

Process
    • I started by interacting with Wikipedia’s current mobile interface as if I were a real user.
    • I took screenshots of the main user flows (search, article reading, side menus) to analyze them in detail.
    • I evaluated each component, paying special attention to cognitive load, user control, and accessibility.
    • I grouped the findings into key thematic blocks.
    • I used DaVinci Resolve to lay out the analysis visually.
